Sarah is a licensed Professional Counselor who earned her degree from Bellevue University. For the past decade, Sarah has been involved in preschool and elementary education with a Masters in Elementary Education from George Washington University.
Sarah approaches her practice from a strength-based perspective. She aims to partner with her clients in a way that helps them to discover the tools and resources they hold within, in order to bring about the change and healing they desire. Sarah draws from a diverse set of methods to meet the needs of each individual client, such as CBT, DBT, art, narrative therapy, IFS and somatic work. She works with clients of all ages.
